Page Content and SEO
Keywords are important in your content, more so then just placed in a SEO tool that you enter keywords in. Each page should have a title and description; the home page will be the most important page for this.
For the page you are writing think of keyword phrases (try not to go over two words together if possible, three max) that are relevant to that page. Once you have your main key word phrase you want to repeat it as much as possible on the page. For instance: 2 times in the first paragraph and 2-4 times more throughout that page. Remember, you’re ultimately writing for people, not a search engine. Don’t get too caught up with your key phrase and overdo it. Try and sprinkle your other keywords in where possible.

Note:
You can see in the example above that “commercial real estate” was the keyword phrase. It was used in the title, used in the description, used twice in the opening paragraph and four more times in the second paragraph.
You should never sacrifice good writing for SEO, remember you are writing for the customer first and the SEO writing is secondary.
