Hosting and Domain Only – $12/monthly

This plan includes the hosting of your website and your domain name.

Servicing of the website and change requests are pay as you go with this plan. That means if you want to make a change to your website, like add and images or change the content for the services you offer, change business hours, etc you have to contact us via email letting us know what you would like to have changed. Once we see the list of requested changes we then send you an invoice for the changes and when the invoice is paid the changes will be made.

Software Updates, Security Updates & Platform Updates will need to be done with your website from time to time as well to keep it secure and running properly. These updates typically cost $150 to perform, we will not bug you to have these done. We suggest a minimum of two updates a year (really should be more than that though).

With this plan we will not contact you to try and upgrade you to the MIY Service, which is much better, we assume that you want to be left alone and just go with the bare minimum and take the chance that your website will be okay. We are not sales minded so we leave it up to you to request to be upgraded if you decide to do that. We also do not monitor your website to make sure it doesn’t have any software conflicts or malware attacks so if it does and it goes down we will not know about it, we are simply providing Hosting and Domain service with this package.

This is how most website design places work because they aren’t looking to have ongoing relationships to help the business. Simply put, they have customers and not clients. This way actually costs the business more money, that is why most all website design places do it this way. They wait for the website to have issues or for change requests to be requested and then charge $150 ish’ for simple changes and a lot more for resolving any issues.
