We understand that clients may wish to move their website from our hosting environment to their own hosting provider. To ensure a smooth and secure transition, we have established the following policy regarding website migrations.

Migration Process

Our team will handle the full migration process from start to finish, including file transfers, database setup, and configuration.

The only requirement is that the client maintains an active hosting account (such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround, or another reputable provider) and provides us with secure access so we can facilitate the migration.

Migration Fees

A migration fee will apply for moving a website to a new hosting environment.

This fee will be quoted prior to the migration based on the size, complexity, and setup requirements of the website.

If the client requests to involve additional parties (such as outside developers, consultants, or IT professionals), the quoted fee may increase due to the additional coordination, communication, and extended time required.

Efficiency & Best Practices

For the fastest, most efficient migration, we strongly recommend allowing our team to manage the entire process independently.

Involving third parties may cause delays, increase costs, and complicate the migration.

Post-Migration Support

Once the website is successfully migrated, we will confirm functionality and provide a handoff.

Ongoing support or troubleshooting with the new hosting provider is not included in the migration fee.
