I've been using the service for a few years now, and the customer service is top notch. If I had one word to describe my experience with this company, it would be Responsive! Whenever an issue arose, my emails and calls were returned same day and they have, at times gone above and beyond, fixing problems with that were created by third parties. This company is a great choice for hosting your website.

As a website provider myself, in the course of natural business you inevitably have to work with other companies and developers. Of course this isn't always a great experience. I'm happy to say I felt like a valued customer when engaging with Brain Power Websites. We engaged with Micheal who went above and beyond to assist us, even though it wasn't to their benefit. This behavior only stems from a superior attitude of service that is rare to find these days, and I'm grateful to have run across them. Their clients are in good hands. BrainPower designed and maintained a website for a not for profit organization I am associated with for approximately three years. The service provided was outstanding and very timely. If I ever had any questions or needed help, the folks at BrainPower were there. I was never 'nickled and dimed' as problems arose as they viewed helping me with one off issues as a part their job rather than an opportunity to gouge. Many people do not realize all of the behind the scenes work that goes into building a website. I know I didn't, until I began working with Brain Power Websites. Having solid content and making it look pretty and professional is important, but it's useless if no one can find your website. Since I am a novelist at designing and knowing what is best Michael explained everything to me in laymen terms so I could understand how the search engines work to best get results as well as appearance, ease of navigation and content. Michael used what information we had and had to do more research on his own on our company to accomplish what was required to build a website. As a busy operation I had little time to help which this was instrumental to me to get this project completed. Brain Power Websites completed a complete rebuild of our website that was designed 8 years ago which was very much out dated.Our website was managed and if we needed anything to update or change we had to submit to get it done. Michael at Brain Power Websites will design your website so you can maintain it and he has templates that are easy to use so even a novelist like me can make changes to the website. He also will manage and host so you will have technical expertise at anytime. Michael was and is very responsive and get back with you very quickly. I would highly recommend Michael and Brain Power Websites to anyone that is thinking of updating or helping to manage their website.
